OPENING DOORS TO CHANGE

We are focused on addressing social challenges faced by vulnerable sections of society from marginalised backgrounds such as children, youth and women. We aim to leverage our core competencies for the sustainable development of local communities.

In our effort to do this we have launched multiple programmes covering areas of education, healthcare and sanitation, women’s empowerment, community empowerment and crisis and epidemic.

EDUCATION

Education is a key area for us, and our approach is based on 3 pillars – accessibility, quality and inclusion. Along with our partners, we strive to ensure children of school-going age, especially from marginalised backgrounds find access to quality education at government schools.

HEALTHCARE AND SANITATION

Our aim is to create a positive socio-cultural environment for women and girls to thrive, while being able to create behavioral change. By partnering with emerging platforms, we are working with marginalized women and adolescent girls to empower them through awareness and striving towards accessibility and distribution of eco-friendly menstrual hygiene products and health

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT

Financial literacy and entrepreneurship must include women. We see it as a prerequisite for women to efficiently manage their personal and household finances, and thus equip them with prudent decision-making skills regarding financial products.

CRISIS AND EPIDEMIC

It is during times of crises such as natural calamities or a pandemic that people seek access to essentials and life’s necessities. Capri is focused on offering aid and support in difficult times via various community assistance initiatives.

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT

One of the key areas, we concentrate on is the sustainable development of communities. To ensure continuity in development we have identified areas to to grow organically and to do so by being self-dependent.
