Kumar has more than 10 years of work experience. Prior to joining Capri Global, he was associated with Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. as Real Estate Head, where he was responsible for assessing secured funding business. Also, his work deliverables included advising business groups for quick decision making and formulating technical policy within regulatory framework. Reviewing and advising to propose changes in policy and intervening in high ticket cases.

During his tenure, he was associated with organizations like India Shelter Finance Corporation as National Technical Head, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd and JUSCO.
